Products & Descriptions

We take reasonable care to ensure product descriptions, images, and information are accurate. However, colours, finishes, and packaging may vary slightly from images displayed.

Our products are fragranced consumer goods intended for normal, domestic use only.

Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD)

  • Prices include GST unless stated otherwise

  • Payment must be received in full before orders are processed

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders affected by such errors.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times provided are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, customs, or events outside our control.

Risk in goods passes to you upon delivery.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to:

  • A replacement or refund for a major failure

  • Compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage

You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases, including fragrance preference, unless required by Australian Consumer Law.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within a reasonable time

  • Provide proof of purchase and photos where applicable

We will assess the issue and offer a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with ACL.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used fragrance products may not be eligible for return unless faulty under ACL.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

  • Misuse of products

  • Failure to follow care or safety instructions

  • Indirect or consequential loss

Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under Australian Consumer Law.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, logos, text, and designs, is owned by or licensed to us and may not be used without written permission.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Australian courts.
